RETURN POLICY

Order Risk Free - 30 Day Refund Period

Our policy lasts 30 days. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your item if there are any issues.




To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

When returning the goods, the money for shipping is not returned under any circumstances. All shipping costs always on the buyer.

The seller is not responsible for the passing of custom control. All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are on the buyer expense.


If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


We do not give out full refunds or replacements for items used for more than 30 days.

Non-returnable items:

Personalized items are non-returnable. If you would like to know more about this before placing an order, please contact us.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Store credit can be given for the amount the item has been purchased for.


Wrong address supplied


You as a buyer are responsible for providing us with your correct address. Should you provide us with the wrong address and contact us after the item has been shipped, you will not be entitled to a refund or re-shipping unless the item is returned to us.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ancientsmithy.com and we will provide return address.

We do not cover the cost of the item you're returning to us, however, we won't charge for the delivery of your replacement either our normal shipping method.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Ancient Smithy is based in Ivano-Frankovsk, Ukraine. We ship from


products in Ukraine(Europe). 90% of our products we have in stock and typically post items within 1-3 working days of payment being received however this can vary.



Shipping to world takes 15-30 working days


I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If buyers don't pay any customs and import taxes and the package was returned, Gutsul Fashion company after returning the package back will refund money minus the shipping cost for both directions.

TAXES & DUTIES

We do not charge VAT for our items whether you are a business or an individual. It is possible that if you are located outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties, custom charges or taxes. The customer, you, are responsible for the payment of any such import costs. Ancientsmithy has no control over such charges, cannot predict their amount and will not cover them. By purchasing from our site you accept responsibility for covering any taxes and duties you may be charged.


FAULTY ADDRESSES & P.O. BOXES

if the order is returned to us due to faulty addresses, failure of client to collect their order, inability of the courier to deliver to P.O. boxes or Military bases only the value of the items and not the delivery will be returned. Please note that incorrect addresses or those written using special characters or Military Base addresses may cause a delay to the dispatch, cancellation of your order or returning of the item to us.


RE-POSTING RETURNED ORDERS

Ancientsmithy is not responsible for the cost of re-shipping an order which has been returned to us by no fault of our own or by a failure of the customer to pick up the parcel. We are happy to reship the items, however the cost of postage is the buyer's responsibility to cover again.


Wrong address supplied

You as a buyer are responsible for providing us with your correct address. Should you provide us with the wrong address, through no fault of our own and contact us after the item has been shipped to change the address, you will not be entitled to a refund or re-shipping unless the item is returned to us. If you have provided us with the correct address but we shipped it to the wrong one, we will ship a replacement out. It's only fair.
